Owners and operators Kevin and Tina are good, solid, hardworking people who have successfully created an oasis of peace and harmony in a dark and cold world. Very well kept and maintained by these two. It was more of a family than just a community.

One of the best kept parks I have been in. That's saying a lot because I travel in my fifth wheel all over the country all year long for work. The owners are absolutely wonderful. All the patrons are very friendly. Everything had fresh paint. Everything had new Landscaping New Stone on all the roads in the Lots. Every place had a concrete pad for your enjoyment. I would recommend this place to any... One of the best kept parks I have been in. That's saying a lot because I travel in my fifth wheel all over the country all year long for work. I couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable pair of host. T’s Outback may be out in the sticks but it’s people are top shelf. & what sliced the bread for me was the advertised welcoming of man’s best friend!

Quiet and friendly neighbors and the management is very friendly Helpful. Could use a better wash room the washers and dryers are old don't work properly. Note: I have notified Management on the washers and dryers and they said they will be fixing them.
