Blue Rock Campground was an amazing place to stay. It is so peaceful and serene. The owner has built a great little paradise. I highly recommend to anyone passing through this area.

Every time we stop by to spend time here it is always peaceful and beautiful. Everything is very well maintained compared to the places that we have traveled. It is an amazing place for just a quick getaway or time with the family. Highly recommended.

I was only here for 2 nights passing through meeting with friends, but after talking with the granddaughter, I kick myself for not talking with the owner.

The Rock, also called the Beautiful Rock, is a pretty nice campground right near the Silver Comet bike trail. It is a mixed bag of a park, but suited us pretty well. It is a mixed bag of a park, but suited us pretty well. We were in section B and there were at least two other sections on the property that were not visible from our area. There is quite a bit of space between some sites and not a lot between others. We were near the (now rundown) stage once used for music festivals and also near a small creek and a field used by scout troops and other groups for tent camping. The park was quiet and actually quite beautiful with large grassy areas and trees all around. Maintenance has been spotty in the park, with long neglected piles of broken stuff here and there, but overall it was not unattractive. Roads and access were good and the price is very fair for a full hook up site. We camped at The Rock RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Relaxing weekend. We had three tents, everyone else had an RV, but a great time. Peaceful, away from the noise and most importantly, away from the house for a couple nights. Owner was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for the weekend getaway.
