Needs lots of work for large rv’s. No hookups at all. It was VERY DIFFICULT to get in and almost impossible to exit with the front of the truck or the rear of the fifth wheel in a ditch. Beware when it’s had a little rain because you will sink in the soil. It was a great place to leave from and ride the Chief Ladiga trail, it’s beautiful under the pecan trees but other than that I have nothing po... Needs lots of work for large rv’s. No hookups at all. They have rebuilt the restrooms here. On the day I was here, the new restrooms were closed and there were Porta-potties nesrby. I'm assuming that the restrooms will eventually be open to the public again so that bicyclists will have a place to change clothes, instead of having to change in a vehicle in the parking lot (and possibly have a place to get a shower after a ride too). But based on how it was the day I was here, and without knowledge of future plans, three stars is the most generous rating I can give. Hopefully this will change very soon.

I didn't really use the park, I just parked here to ride my bike on the trail. But it looks like a nice to place to come hang out an grill. Facilities were locked when I was here, but they had plenty of pot-o-potties.

See attached pics for details on campground reservations. I scoped it out while in the area, I plan to bike here on the silver comet in the future.

We were biking the chief Ladaiga trail and stayed here after a 100 mile day. The bathrooms are not the cleanest, but they work. There is a road with moderate traffic, so expect to hear cars when you are trying to sleep. Overall, it was a good campground, though in my opinion it could have been a little cheaper.
