What a wonderful park! We stayed here in our RV for three nights, and were amazed by the quiet, the cleanliness, and the niceness of the camping spots for such a reasonable price. There is a fishing lake, and many other amenities available as well. Jeannie, the camp host was excellent....very friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent choice. It is an easy access park with good roadways, and there is a Dollar General near the entrance in case you forgot any supplies. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely well maintained county park that is currently receiving many upgrades. Currently there is a campground, lake (very easy to pick up fishing permit) 5k course, disc golf and many pavilions to reserve. Looks like there will be an updated pool, pickleball court and more.

We stayed in spot 18 for 11 days. We’re in a 45’ fifth wheel and travel full time. Spot 18 backs up to a huge empty field with a hedgerow of Trees. The site wasn’t level side to side but it wasn’t a big problem for us. Seems like a like a permanent residents but everything is very clean. The grounds are all nicely manicured and we love walking to the big pond and park everyday

She is unreasonable on check in time. We have communicated when traffic has been bad or we will be delayed by 30 mins at the most and will never accommodate us. There was another time where she was NOT at campsite 1 for check in and did not answer her phone when we called that we were there. We knew our campsite number and parked- figuring we would call again later or she would come by. When she did come by she pulled in like a bag outta hell and told us we had to stop at spot 1. Explained we did, that she was not there and that she did not answer he cell phone. We got such attitude from her that my husband was about ready to just pack it up and leave. This park is very close to our daughter and her family so it was convent. Bit convenient doesn’t make up for being a jerk. On our first time staying at the park, again- no one was at site 1. We called, Jeanie said her husband would be there in a couple moments. 45 minutes later he finally pulls up on his golf cart and takes 30 mins to have us fill out a paper and take our credit card. We had plans and just need to park the motorhome, hook up power and go ! It should not have taken him 45 mins to mosey his way over. Never ever ever again ! I will run this up the chain of command to be sure the appropriate leadership is aware.

Facilities and buildings are best described as tired and used. GATES WERE NEVER LOCKED AT NIGHT. Hosts appear to be there only to collect fees and take reservations, we never once saw them out tidying up sites during our week stay. Several long term campers with clutter piled up around sites and excess vehicles parked on grass.

Beautiful little lake. And it is clean. Site 37 has bad 30A wiring (ground-to-hot), but we were able to use an adapter on 50A outlet.

Great small campground, well kept and quiet on our site (18); friendly and very helpful staff. It has a wonderful variety of shade trees with many of the sites having built in porches. The fishing areas are nice but would have loved longer hours open (understandable however with limited staff). The property joins the RTJ golf course and, of course, that is never a bad neighbor! We will return!

Very nice RV campground. Easy to access in and out. There are plenty of trees and picnic tables. Easy site has a picnic table. The sites are level concrete and asphalt. We had trouble with our tow vehicle and Jesse was more than willing to help us with a site for the night. Relaxing area close to the lake. Highly recommended this campground.

Nice Campground. Concrete Sites. Lakes Are Relaxing. No Bath House. Wish We'd Known That The Bath House Was Torn Down But We Made Do. Both Campground Hosts Were Super Friendly. If We're Ever Back In The Area We'll Stay Here Again.

It was a very nice park on 2 lakes. No playgrounds that I saw. The attendant said it was usually full of construction workers and hunters. We were lucky there was a space he said. A lot of the construction workers had left that morning.
