Horrible place to live. The manage doesn’t know how to run an RV park, and the owner is just in it for your money. There is a horrible sewage smell around Lot 3 too. Manager does not know how to run an RV park. She needs some people skills. Edited to note: Suzi, I am glad you got our names correct. We were not at the park for over a year. We moved in November 12, 2025, and you sent an eviction letter while I was in the hospital during the month of July 2025, noting rule changes. I hope this correction in your memory allows you to properly refund the remainder of our deposit. I do have a copy of my contract if seeing it would help you.

Our correct move in date was November 12, 2025, not over a year ago. We were still under contract when you changed the rules.

Owner kicked out ALL full time families with 3 or more people. No longer allowed to have 2 adults and a child no matter how young the child is.
