This campground is so clean, what I really like is that they pick up your garbage daily if you put it out in front of your campsite! They have eliminated the thing I hate the most, multiple trips to the dumpster in the heat or the cold. Their clubhouse is also clean and well cared for. They have books and magazines, as well as a comfortable place to watch TV. It was decorated for Christmas and they atmosphere was so cheerful. They have showers and a nice laundry facility(you gotta pay to play for the laundry) with top quality machines. Everyone was so friendly and they take their COVID-19 as serious as you want it to be. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay and I heard nothing but good things from the long term residents. I will definitely be back the next time I visit Gulf Shores, it was so conveniently located to everything I needed or wanted.

Nancy is the best, she makes you feel like family, I have read some reviews saying they ignore you and things of that nature, I don't see it at all. The staff are constantly maintaining the park, keeping it in great condition. If anything broke on my lot they were out there right away. Would recommend 100%

I called that Sunday to reserve it with voice mail, no response, no call back. I called Monday cell and office voice mail for both, no response, no call back, then drove up and no one was in the office. Skipped Tuesday as I was worn out from all the calling. Called Wednesday cell and office and left messages, no response and no call back. Called both numbers thursday, same thing. Drove up Friday, asked Nancy about it, and someone had just driven in there and she gave it to them. They never called to reserve it, they just drove in and Nancy gave it to them. Nancy's excuse....AT&T. The place is an utter train wreck. If you get in there, good for you, Nancy serves no purpose and should leave.

We love the view of our plot but the very quiet but nice community is a change of pace. Central to most anything you need or want to do is a big bonus.
