Our first few months here have been fantastic. The neighbors are very friendly and the management is great. Jamie and Jeff go above and beyond to be sure that the resort is family friendly whenever someone comes for a night or a permanent stay. We love it here.

My wife and I stayed there for about 5 months. We hate that we had things come out way that insisted us to relocate. We absolutely loved our stay in the campgrounds the staff Jeff And Jamie are amazing and super friendly. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Jeff and Jamie go above and beyond their jobs there at the park. We will definitely miss being residents of Logan's landing.

We love this place, the management and staff are very nice and helpful. We rented a lot about for the summer season about 5 years ago. We loved it so much there the next spring we found the perfect spot in the park and purchased a lease. We feel it's safe and secure, gated community with video surveillance 24/7.

My family decided to take our 16-year-old grandson here to celebrate his 16th birthday and from the moment we arrived we had nothing but problems. My first hint that this was a shady place was when I checked in, they wrote down all my credit card information instead of processing it at the time of check-in. My daughter was in C9 and I was in C2, both of which were between two full time residents.... My daughter was in C9 and I was in C2, both of which were between two full time residents. When I arrived and was setting up at C2, the property employees were cutting down a tree across the street at C9 where my daughter and her family were staying. She simply asked if they were going to be through before her husband got there to set up and the rude young guy (the onsite property manger's son) told her what he was doing was none of her business! We tried to move past that and let it go, but his mother ( the onsite property manager) and her boyfriend wouldn't let it go. In total we had five sites rented, two of which were considering leasing sites full time. Not now! They're in lies the problem, most of the sites are full timers and if you get sideways for any reason, they all vote to kick you out. My daughter and I rented our sites (C2 and C9) for five nights and we both were asked to leave after the second night! The onsite management called the police to have us removed and the police said they could not make us leave at 11:00 PM at night. But the next morning the onsite managers boyfriend came to our sites and told us we had 10 minutes to get our stuff packed then he was turning off the power and locking it out. Needless to say, we packed up and left. Word to the wise, never book and stay at a privately owned campground because if you even ask a question, or God forbid have a problem, they can turn your power off and leave you high and dry. The police said they could not make us leave but they could not make them turn the power back on either. My daughter and I both lost two nights that we paid for but they will not refund our money... Not worried about the money but I am concerned about my grandkids and their parents having to load up and get ready to leave without power! Do not stay here or you might find yourself without power and having to leave with no good reason!
