I believe THE best cabin in the F.S. inventory. Caution! Bears active in last mile to cabin. Saw black bear sow and her 2 Cubs and then Brown bear and her 2 second-year Cubs. NOTE: boat has large hole in back-right weld. Staked with a stick and it held well. Rowed out a ways and didn't take on any water.

Well maintained backcountry cabin on the shore of upper Russian lake with a stream running right next to it. You can sit on the footbridge and soak your feet in the cold water. The chairs on the porch are amazing to kick back and relax after the hike to the cabin.
