Nice park, lots of trees and shade, watch slides and awning. Not big rig easy on and out. Heavy thick gravel roads and sites, difficult for bicycles, motorcycles and walking, dusty. Pull thru sites are various lengths. Sewer is at the rear of sites, may need extension. Nice bathrooms, showers and laundry. Large library and DVD selection. No gym. This is a 55+ community with mostly permanent reside... Nice park, lots of trees and shade, watch slides and awning. Not big rig easy on and out. Convenient to town and Show Low city park, which has an aquatic center. 2 miles to Fool Hollow Lake recreation area. Very nice camp host.

Stayed for three weeks. Perfect for overnight stop as well. Secure and clean bathrooms, laundry, and library.

Not super big rig easy but we fit in space B all 73 feet of us. We backed out. Our hookups were in space A picnic table area. Not quiet level. It was super clean and quiet. I really licked it here. We walked to dinner and the grocery store.staff was super nice. Wifi is only around the office and it worked fine.

Staff was awesome, also, loved the shade, the residents and the gardens. Hope to visit again! Nice RV park, recommend.
