I’ve been riding at the Boulders OHV Area for years, and it never gets old. This place is hands down one of my favorite riding destinations in Arizona. The variety of trails is incredible – perfect for quads, dirt bikes, side-by-sides, and even Jeeps. I especially love cruising through the washes – they're so fun to ride and always full of surprises. One of the best things about Boulders is the sense of adventure. We’ve gotten lost more than once and ended up finding the coolest spots – from unexpected patches of grass to giant turtles, driftwood, and even making it all the way to the lake. It feels like there’s always something new to discover out here. The camping is a huge plus, too. There’s plenty of space for a camper and tents near the staging area, which is well maintained and easy to access. It’s basic, so come prepared, but it’s totally worth it for a weekend of riding and exploring. If you're into OHV riding and haven’t been to Boulders yet, you’re missing out. Just make sure to bring a GPS – trails aren’t always marked – and don’t forget your permits. Ride responsibly and enjoy one of Arizona’s best off-road gems!

I booked an ATV tour with AZ Adventure for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Paid for a tour from 12 to 3 PM and we arrived at 11:40am, 20 mins early. Our tour guide led us to a large 🌵 and had us back to our car by 1:45pm. Tip our tour guide $60 but I did not realize we were not on the trail until 3 pm. Totally felt ripped off , and like we did not get what was expected. I called the office, spoke to the office and explain that we were already in our car and it wasn't even 2 pm and was told that we must have done the tour faster than usual since we didn't have ten buggies. I understand we only had 2 buggies, but then my tour guide should have taken us off the beaten path. Our guide didn't ask to take our picture or offer and memorable experiences. Our Alaskan tour guide was AMAZING. Sorry for having high expectations. Disappointed 😞

Matt was the best guide ever, this was our first time doing anything this adventurous. He made sure we were safe and had an amazing experience. The fun little facts along the way when we stopped and looked at the amazing scenery. We hope to come back again one day. Thank you for making this birthday an amazing one!

We’ve been riding at Boulders for over a decade and love it. While we live in the desert it’s hard to find land to ride on without getting in trouble. Camping is allowed here and it can be very popular at certain times of year. There are hours and hours worth of trail riding here. I love that they even have a fenced area for younger kids who are learning and can do it safely. There are some idiots... We’ve been riding at Boulders for over a decade and love it. There are some idiots of course who don’t follow the rules, but for the most part it’s a great place to ride. There is one drop toilet building, but I’d rather hold it than step foot in there lol.
