I have been here for about 3 weeks. This place is quiet, lots of wild life, and close to downtown. Application was a little much. But after that we have had no problems. Dogs are allowed but there is no park or grass for them to play in. I have to honestly say I enjoy living here. Even though it's only for 4 months.

Great park and great people. BUT no one from management informed us about the javelinas. A resident alerted us. That very night a javalina came after our dog when we were walking him about 8 pm. I don’t live in the area so I asked if my daughter, who does live nearby, could pick them up for me and email it to me and she said ‘no’ again. She said if I wanted to come by and ask questions I could. I reminded her that I didn’t live close by. She said ‘well I’m not the one in charge and those are the rules’. She said I have to pay the rent (over $2000 for the season) and then they’ll give me a copy of the rules. I then asked since she wasn’t in charge could she tell me who is so I could speak with them. I was very nice in my tone the whole time but she then accused me of harassing her and hung up on me. I assure you it wasn’t anything I did. She was extremely defensive about my request, which I don’t think was unreasonable. I was just doing my due diligence to be sure it was right for me. Very very strange behavior from Dee and definitely unacceptable behavior. I’ve never had an encounter like this before. Needless to say I will not be giving them my business. I’m so grateful I found out how the management, namely, Dee, treats people before I committed to the seasonal space rental. EDIT: The owner's response to my review is a complete lie. Truly unbelievable. I wasn't 'unwilling' to do anything. I simply wanted to read the rules one more time so I could be confident that I would meet their expectations as a renter. What renter wouldn't want someone to be sure that they understood the rules so they could be sure to follow them? Dee was actually the unwilling participant in this situation as she refused to email the park rules to me so I could review them one more time before commiting. So strange. I'm responing to the owner's response because it isn't acceptable that they're lying about me and there is obviously no accountability on Dee's (or the owner's) part. Be warned!!!

I never claimed that I had. I was leaving an opinion based on the overwhelming reviews that I've seen here (as I stated). But rather than trying to explain their process, the owner immediately became defensive, further validating what the reviewers have stated. It's a shame because it's a beautiful park. But there are plenty of places to choose from. Prescott definitely has no shortage of MH parks. Thank you all for your honest reviews. They really do help us out.

I agree with the negative complaints and reviews about the management. I was in the process of buying a home and negotiating with the seller during application for residency at this park. I was in the process of buying a home and negotiating with the seller during application for residency at this park. The seller’s agent pushed for a home inspection after I said I wanted to wait until approved. I was already approved by the lender and had wired Ernest money to the title company. I stated my closing date in the application as well. It took over two weeks to get the disqualification letter and the reasons provided were pure nonsense. I provided ledgers from the rental companies showing all payments on time for over two years from two states. I was disqualified for? I also provided information not even requested: a personal loan that is interest free that I could easily pay off and why would I? I have an outstanding debt that was disclosed to them and which was none of their business. I provided over five pounds of documents covering two years tabbed it and lost the contract due to their tardiness. I also presented them another letter asking exactly what was not provided. I have never heard back. The seller is out and I paid for the inspection I was not ready to do. This property is operated by a mother (answers the phone), a daughter (who manages the applications and had four at the time I applied and my agent had twelve contracts. My question was did any of them have a deadline?), and another daughter (seller’s agent). Something tells me this was a costly blessing in disguise as from all angles it appears very shady. I called today and stated I never received another letter after I asked for consideration to my second. She simply doesn’t understand “why it’s been so difficult for you”. I told her it was their tardiness and basic lack of communication. She replied she “couldn’t accept that and thank you for calling”. Unbelievable is all I can say along with, welcome to the dark ages. Putting this out there for potential residents. It was far easier and with much less personal information in getting my loan. This is beyond invasive and extremely unprofessional.
