Nice 22 mile drive from our home in Prescott. Our daughter picked the spots on A loop and they were excellent. Had a little direct sun mid day but shade was always available. Absolute cleanest composting pit toilets I've ever been to in any state or national park. Camp host came around often and was very helpful. Serenity Now! Dates 8-3 and 4, 2025.

It is so beautiful and peaceful . The camp hosts were excellent and they told me about some really nice hiking trails right out of the campground. Clean modern pit toilets, potable water and nice sites.

We towed our trailer from Jerome side, but wouldn't do that again especially through town if it's crowded. The campground is a nice surprise, and have stayed in the electric side and non electric. Neither have water at sites so you need to haul it in with you. There is at least one potable faucet (probably more) but didn't see how you would put a hose on to fill RV. No dump station or showers. There is at least one potable faucet (probably more) but didn't see how you would put a hose on to fill RV. No dump station or showers. Smaller area (hilltop) and depending on what site you choose can have people closer than you may like. You face away from who's behind you but they're so close you hear them at all hours, talking, children, dogs. It's a pretty spot with 5G if that matters, 30a service and fire ring. We stayed a night in the non electric too which wasn't much different. If you don't need AC, running on batteries isn't a big thing. I actually liked the spot we moved to from electric since it was quieter being a little more secluded. All in all ok; driving to Chino valley is easy and on to I17. Loop B6 is one of better electric sites.

Very busy campground, neighbors were respectful, quiet hours were observed. The beautiful Woodchute trail connects to the campground. Five star hosts Rick and Kris were welcoming and willing to share their knowledge about multiple options for exploration in the area.

Small campground with a few sites that have 30amp hookups. The area is beautiful and has a couple of recreation areas nearby.
