This park is a permanent resident rv park with all locals with local jobs in that park. It is under new ownership, and the new owner has no connection or relationship with the people at that park at all!!! The new owner is not cool at all!!!! I would definitely not recommend this RV park solely based on uncaring ownership/management, especially towards the elderly with minimum means!!!

Nice mature shade trees. This is a long term parking RV park. Not much overnight spaces. Not many spaces become available ever. I have wanted into this park for 3 years, but no one is willing to give up their nicely shaded spot. Sign posted reads" NO VACANCY"

Friendly neighborly atmosphere. Mostly permanent residents who have local jobs. Clean restrooms and showers key coded for residents. No community building. Excellent central location to restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, and grocery stores. Lovely mountain views. Reasonably priced with full hook ups.

Great place! So many accommodations available for almost all needs, which is helpful. There are 50 sites in the park, most all of them are full time/long term residents. Most are kept up fairly well and everyone was friendly. We were in Site 57, a gravel pull in with full hook-ups. The sewer was broken but they came right away and fixed it. It was hard to level - we pulled in three times to try and find a better spot - but no luck. The site is short and our 37' Class A just barely fit. Our tow dolly was unhooked and stored alongside our rig and our car was parked on the other side. This is a buddy site and luckily our neighbors were never there because it would have been tight with two cars. The WiFi was spotty and our Verizon signal was fair. We did not use the laundry or bathrooms, nor do we use the TV/Cable hook-ups. There is very little place to walk dogs. We stayed Oct 19-23, 2017 and paid $35 a night with no discounts.
