Beautiful place, great value, I have stayed several times. I recommend bringing some basic cleaning supplies as the condition of the cabin depends on the person who stayed prior. I also recommend spider or some type of bug spray if you are going March or later.

Haven’t rented the cabin yet but wanted to clarify this is a Forest Service owned cabin available for rent to the public. It appears that all of the photos shared to this location are for the Kent Springs TRAIL not this cabin. Go to Recreation.gov for available dates and booking info.

Great hiking in fall or spring, respite from the desert! Several springs and small creek to enjoy, and several spots to rest for lunch.

Was very peaceful serenity. Lots of windows with beautiful views. Sitting on the porch was amazing watching the hummingbirds. The only thing was there where wasps near door intrance going in a whole into the cabin wall and a couple of scorpions in the room.

Large cabin, sleeps 8, all you have to bring is your linens and food No signs of critters inside, lovely surroundings and the sound of the creek was great.
