I was worried, at first, from the other reviews of this rv park. After being here a week, I have to say the bad reviews have either been addressed or just spiteful people. The rv park is very clean and Rick has been nothing but polite. The park is small but its perfect for the price compared to the competion nearby; all utilities are included (not sure about summer time) so price is better when in... The rv park is very clean and Rick has been nothing but polite. The park is small but its perfect for the price compared to the competion nearby; all utilities are included (not sure about summer time) so price is better when including the perks. If I were to mention anything to make it better, I would say fence in the dog area so pets can be taken off the leash and throw in free wifi; just my opinion but I'm happy so far!

Avoid this RV park at all costs. They took a $600 deposit from me before my first month’s stay, they have ignored our request to return it going on 6 months now. My husband has tried multiple times to resolve this, but it’s been nothing but excuses from Rick, the person who runs the place, keeps saying the “owners” (who is his wife, Tara) needs to get back to us, but they are “out of town.” We’ve... They should call themselves 0 star RV because that's what they are. There are multiple people on Facebook sharing the same experiences from this place.

The community is very clean and quiet! Mr. Rick his wife and son do an amazing job running and maintaining the site! Rick is very relaxed and understanding and goes out of his way to understand your situation and help out! Recommend to anyone looking for a spot for a few weeks or months. Taco spot right next store is amazing and located really really close to everything major in Chandler. Easy hoo... The community is very clean and quiet! We travel for work all over the country and we called about renting a monthly space, it’s 1,350.00 monthly. So we got apartment close to the same price with 2 pools, sauna and a gym and alot closer to work. Even when we was working in the booming oilfield work we never seen a price like this. The highest was 800.00. We rode though the park and a lot of empty spaces and I see why!! We have other pe...
