John and Kiko are the best! Hands down the best RV park because of them. Clear communication, great rates, clean park, great community center. This place rocks and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you John and Kiko.

The best place I ever found by accident. Great managers. Quite neighborhood. Clean facilities. New washers and dryers on sight that don't break the bank. Shopping within a mile. Nice sights with patios. Thank you John and Kiko

We had a wonderful 2 month stay at Mesquite Ranch RV Park. Had a hard time finding a park that allows under 55, glad we found this little gem. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you John and Kiko!

I love this small spot! It’s not large and overwhelming like other parks. It’s quiet, clean, people are super friendly. Dog park is a huge plus and there’s laundry on site. Very happy I moved here!
