Tenants have been there for a long time and are very nosey and made false claims about my dog(saying she growled and tried to bite him). Anyone who has actually met my dogs falls in love with her sweet, loving nature. My neighbor woke me everyday screaming curse words at the top of his lungs. The manager himself had/has bed bugs. Black widow spiders and black ants that would cover the ground. And other neighbors had rats. There is only one dumpster for far to many people to be using. Overflowing just a few days after pick up. One of the tenants feeds the wild havalinas. They are destructive and come through every night. Management has changed numerous times and is going through a court case for shady business practices. The cheap rent is not worth the headache this place truly is. BEWARE
