Lots of improvements going on and it's looking good! Trees have been thinned and cleaned up. Park is all raked up (thanks to Dill) and looks cleaner than ever. Kudos to the new owners for all they're efforts. Nice job with the new sound wall, it looks great! My favorite place to escape Tucson. Bodie at big lake, he too loves Rancho Mobile home park. Can't wait to get back up to Showlow.

Camped at ranchero for over a month, Super nice ppl was like being home with family. Never locked my doors once while I was there, alot of activitys in a beautiful club house. The resident country music band is pretty good also . They have some hard working old guys keeping the place very nice and clean, cool summer nights and whispering pines, I will surely return to this RV park made alot of fre... Unfortunately we were pushed into position to sell the place we loved. Rent increase to what it is today is nuts when there is nothing to offer. New mgmt was offended by prior review about rent increase which impacted sale to multiple buyers. As PT residents the increase, plus charge for water and trash forced us to give up the place we loved. Very sad to be pushed into position to sell. Love Show...
