We winter here from Nov 1-March 31 every year. We are right in the Sonoran dessert among saguaros, chollas, lemon trees, barrel cactus, and more. The park residents are friendly and inclusive. We have quite an artist colony here with classes taught by the residents. The park is quiet and peaceful. THE NEW MANAGERS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. THEY HAVE GREAT PLANS FOR OUR PARK. Come join us.

Tried to rent a space for full time living. They have a 2 kid maximum which we do have 2 kids, my wife is currently pregnant but not expecting baby due for another 5 months. They refused to rent us a spot even though we only have 2 kids right now. Makes it really hard when there isn’t a lot of options for families that don’t qualify for 55+.

We have 2 children and 1 on the way and we aren’t due for another 6 months and they refused to rent us a spot because I’m pregnant with our 3rd and they have a 2 child maximum. We were looking for month to month as well.
