We were put in a spot in the lower section by the “stream” and it was not well maintained. The guy who led us to our spot said he was going to get to cutting the weeds which was 5 days ago and guess what? Just as we are preparing to leave he comes to weed wack. Unbelievable. The “upper” part of the park looked neat and tidy but our section looked like the ghetto. For 65.00 a night I expected more. Only amenities are the shower house & laundry. Very disappointing. Weeds were knee high. If you book don’t let them put you by the stream. Also it is touted as a dark sky community. Ha! Right behind our spot was a large rv park with very bright lights.

Always great when I get a pet friendly cabin Easy in and out comfy. I'd like the units to be made up with linens etc.. but I usually rent and put it together myself Hot tub rocks Location is ok but it's not close to CW etc. But.no one can do anything about that. They always get me in as I'm a short notice usually. RV side rocks nice level sites

Great place in Camp Verde. Love the spot we got to camp in. The location was with a stream running behind it. In the late afternoon loved just sitting and looking at it. Neighbors were great. All in all, I can not wait to return.

However, after they left shortly after, the owners brought in 2 mature and experienced couples, who not only attend to whatever you need taken care of, but are friendly enough to just stop and chat. Makes it feel like a real community. Highly recommend George and hi place here at Rancho Verde RV Park. Great prices. Clean bathrooms. Clean laundry room. Walkways and streets always kept clean.
