About Rolle's Linda Vista RV Park

Campground in Arizona.

Rolle's Linda Vista RV Park offers a comfortable home base for exploring one of Arizona's most historic and vibrant desert communities. Located in Yuma at 2900 West 5th Street, this established RV park provides 111 sites for travelers seeking convenient access to both the natural wonders and cultural attractions of southwestern Arizona.

Yuma is a destination rich with history and character. The area served as a crucial hub during the Gold Rush era, and that pioneering spirit still permeates the community today. Visitors will find themselves drawn to the fascinating Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park, where you can walk through authentic buildings and learn about life in the Old West. The Castle Dome Mines Museum offers another window into Arizona's colorful past, featuring preserved buildings from a genuine ghost town just a short drive away.

Beyond history, the Yuma region captivates nature enthusiasts with its unique desert landscape. The Colorado River provides opportunities for fishing and water recreation, while nearby Imperial National Wildlife Refuge showcases the diverse ecosystem that flourishes along this vital waterway. Birdwatchers particularly appreciate the area's position along the Pacific Flyway, making it an excellent destination during migration seasons.

The town of Yuma itself has evolved into a gateway for agricultural tourism. The surrounding region produces much of America's winter vegetables, and visitors can explore working farms and farmers markets to experience local agriculture firsthand. For those interested in outdoor pursuits, nearby sand dunes and desert landscapes offer endless exploration possibilities.

Whether you're a history buff, nature lover, birdwatcher, or simply someone seeking authentic desert experiences away from major tourist crowds, Yuma presents a compelling stop. The town's friendly atmosphere and manageable size make it easy to navigate, while its location in southern Arizona provides access to larger destinations like San Diego, California, just a couple hours away. Rolle's Linda Vista RV Park serves as an ideal launching point for discovering why this corner of Arizona captures the hearts of travelers year after year.

I did mention it to the caretaker and she didn't seem to care. We also spoke to some other rv customers and they have also noticed that the facility has detiorated immensely. During our stay two years ago this other guest and myself put in a couple horseshoe pits. We put in the labour at no cost just for something to do. I could not believe what it looked like now. Just like everything else it has gone down hill very fast. Never again

We originally planned to stay for a month but realized after a week that it wasn't a good fit. Neighbor across the street was extremely inhospitable and had a very annoying Halloween Cat decoration that meowed every time someone walked or drove by. There were also several wild roosters which crowed all night. There were a lot of seasonal folks, some friendly and some who didn't seem to appreciate our presence. The laundry room was not appropriate for the size of the park and the swimming pool was not heated (55 degrees!). With a little TLC and updating this pool could be transformed into a lovely gathering spot. The grounds and clubhouse also need some attention but the numerous citrus trees in the park bear delicious fruit. The manager and owner were super friendly and Bob (owner) was very gracious when we decided to leave earlier than expected and gave us a generous refund. Although it didn't work out for us, I'm sure it would be a great spot for some.

Love spending the Winters in this exceptionally friendly park. The owner and manager interact with the guests, so they know and understand any needs or wants we have, and do everything they can to keep the family here happy. It's close to old town and all the places we like to visit and shop. Highly recommended. Not big and Glitzy, just a nice homey feeling park.

Wonderful gem in the middle of the city! Most of the units are winter residents but they also have prime open spots for travelers like us. They have a great clubhouse with daily activities if you choose to join in. This is about the friendliest campground we've encountered over our 50,000 miles of travel. We will definitely stop here again!!!
