I initially chose this community because it appeared to be a safe and affordable option during a difficult time. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. The environment often feels unsafe, with frequent issues involving intoxicated individuals, trash, and poor upkeep. The owners also indicate a value for Veterans, only those who fit in the cliche, they hire people who come across as unprofessional and make residents uncomfortable. Based on what I’ve seen, I would advise caution with any parks associated with Sundowner or Sundance.
