I was visiting a friend for 2 weeks and it may not be the fanciest place to own a mobile home, but the residents are so friendly that I felt right at home here. I even made a few friends. They have a lot of social events if you want to meet more people and you will never get bored visiting or living here.

In less than 24 hours Denver had the repairs done! He texted to advise when he would be coming, arrived promptly, and worked to finish quickly but in a thorough manner. His courtesy and professionalism was impressive. I am a returning renter because of my excellent experience with MAR Communities and Trail Riders park. The whole rental process was done efficiently and with courtesy from the office... In less than 24 hours Denver had the repairs done! He texted to advise when he would be coming, arrived promptly, and worked to finish quickly but in a thorough manner. His courtesy and professionalism was impressive. I am a returning renter because of my excellent experience with MAR Communities and Trail Riders park. The whole rental process was done efficiently and with courtesy from the office staff as well. I am excited to be back!!

I really wish I was old enough to live here. The residents are beyond friendly and kind. As my son and I visited my dad there, everyone was so nice to us. The park has been renovated recently and is absolutely beautiful!! The pool was sparkling, the grounds were clean, and the courtyard was like paradise! Really made me want to move to AZ, but only if it were in a park with such amazing residents... I really wish I was old enough to live here. The residents are beyond friendly and kind. As my son and I visited my dad there, everyone was so nice to us. The park has been renovated recently and is absolutely beautiful!! The pool was sparkling, the grounds were clean, and the courtyard was like paradise! Really made me want to move to AZ, but only if it were in a park with such amazing residents like this place.

I really wish I was old enough to live here. The residents are beyond friendly and kind. As my son and I visited my dad there, everyone was so nice to us.
