We had such a lovely stay here! We rented a cabin that overlooked the marina. The cabins are well equipped, have comfy beds and a full kitchen. The location is great, right on Lake Ouachita and not too far from Hot Springs as well as Mt Ida, crystal capital where you can visit crystal digging sites, or go on a hike in the Ouachita mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

We spent a quiet relaxing week at the resort and LOVED every minute of it! LaDonna welcomed us with open arms. LaDonna welcomed us with open arms. Office staff, Mary, Amanda, and Robbie were very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had, like best local grocery stores, and directions to local gems to see. Our cabin was a very pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfortable, and they had nice blinds up to block the sun so we could sleep in, if we so chose. The kitchen well-stocked with everything we could need, and it was all very organized so that we didn't have to scrounge around looking for anything! Toni was our assigned housekeeper and she was there within MINUTES if ever we asked the office for something extra! We so enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking down into the marina, listening to the sounds of the fish jumping, watching the deer, and listening to the bird songs...we even got to see a Golden Eagle!! We rented a pontoon boat for a day on the lake. Landon was the nicest guy....explained everything so well to us. He even came out to rescue us when we got turned around on the lake!! We were late getting the boat back, but they didn't charge us anything extra for the longer time with the boat, or for his overtime!! We would highly recommend their resort to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway with a beautiful setting, and very friendly people to hang out with! Thank you to all of the staff that made our vacation to enjoyable!!

We were looking for a cute quiet cabin and that's exactly what we found. It definitely felt like home away from home!! We were up there from East Texas (3 1/2 hour drive) to celebrate my 50th birthday and can't wait to come and stay again. 100% happy with Echo Canyon Resort💚

What a treat! We were originally scheduled to tent camp nearby, but the weather didn't cooperate. Instead, we were lucky to secure a charming, reasonably-priced cabin and couldn't have been more impressed. The staff was so polite and welcoming--over the phone and in person!. We took advantage of the fire pit after the staff helped secure some firewood for us. If you want something with easy access to both Hot Springs National Park and Lake Ouachita State Park, this is it. Highly recommend!
