This is not the usual KOA, or what I expected. At least 3/4 of the sites are full time campers with mailboxes in the office. They do seem to keep the weekend campers up front. But the place is pretty run down. The saving grace is that the staff was very nice. If I stop in Little Rock again, would probably look for another place.

We travel around the U.S., Mexico and Canada with our 4 dogs. We usually seek out KOAs because we feel welcome with that many dogs and there usually aren’t any ridiculous limits on how many dogs you can have. I am very happy that I found this KOA. The hosts/day managers are wonderful!!! Everything was nice and clean and I enjoyed the ice cream social. My big "puppy " liked the dog park. After being on the road , it was nice to have a good clean shower. I am new to RVing and could not get the hose unhooked....he was very helpful to get it done for me. Its on my favorite list now

Location accessibility was great and right off the HWY. Winter and very extreme cold and hazardous road conditions affected many things at the KOA, i.e. no running water hookup, no-wifi, snow covered RV pads and sewer hookup made it very difficult to locate. Winter and very extreme cold and hazardous road conditions affected many things at the KOA, i.e. no running water hookup, no-wifi, snow covered RV pads and sewer hookup made it very difficult to locate. We got stuck in the snow at the KOA so had to call a wrecker service to pull us out so we could be on the snow covered RV pad. While the staff tried to help and other KOA customers, it would've been nice if the staff had been more prepared and solution oriented to clearing the snow in the KOA from just shoveling for "tire tracks"" to follow in the main entrance and RV pad (not shovel all the snow but enough so you could've seen the "tire tracks" or borrowing or renting small equipment to clear paths. Again not the entire KOA). January 2026 was one of the worst cold snaps, hazardous weather, extreme low temperatures and snow for the south historically!!! The staff did try (shovel and board planks) all they could to get us unstuck as temperatures were warming!! I had hoped for more future thinking on their part to seek alternative solutions to combat the KOA main entrance and RV pads. Male staffer appeared frustrated with us and impolite when we were leaving the next day and trying to find the sewer dump out at RV site!! Don't try to flip the narrative in your response. We weren't familiar with the site and attempted to follow a staff in his golf art to show us the way, he should of gotten out of the golf cart and guide us in. He took a wide an odd half circle and,, again, we didn't know what that meant except to turn earlier in the site. They are familiar with their sites... oh I forgot as they couldn't find the septic tank drain and the the employees were already having a difference of opinion on even where the RV site was. They were digging around with the shovel attempting to find the start of the RV site.
