We went there every summer until I was 15. Learned swim in the near by river. Out houses lined the back of a snack bar. Cement block with railing to dance and a huge jukebox. Loved it there. Where we camped they had a raised road going across the river that cars would cross. Don't know where the cars went though. Caught lots of Pollywog's, played in water a lot. Just loved it there.

Nice dark starry night at this location. We joined the Cabrillo College Astronomy class camping trip. The group camp sites were alright with primitive toilets (clean) and one water faucet conveniently located near one of the sites. I took lots of pictures of the sky. A bit dusty and windy at times! Gets very cold at nights while very hot during the day. Nice lake to swim in the hot days!
