Nice couple of spots 15 or so, pit toilets are ok. Lot of flies. Cool little river. A couple heard makes this their byway, they have bells it's interesting. $12/use. Gets cold at night. People drive like idiots around here.

Nice for a typical campground. I prefer camping out of campgrounds. You can't have a fire in dispersed camping right now. The fire danger is rising, so check the forestry alerts daily.

Crazy winding roads to get there?! But worth it. Beautiful weather and scenery, a place to go to get away from it all

Went fishing recently and after speaking with the campground host she said the haven’t planted the creek in years. This is so sad that we pay more for fishing licenses and get less fish. A well stocked stream will make a lifetime fisherman of the kids as it did me what a waste of beautiful stream.

Spent couple nights over the weekend here and had a great time. Only about a third full so real quiet. The North Ford Mokelumne River runs along the western edge. Vault toilets were decent enough and there is a well water pump available for use. This campground is about 20 minutes away from the Highland Lakes/ Campground. That campground seemed very packed so this was a great alternative but... Spent couple nights over the weekend here and had a great time. Only about a third full so real quiet.
