Not too bad, very quiet, except freeway and train, but really not bad. Definitely old and there's lots of people that are living there permanently, the restrooms I never saw but for a quick stop and a fifth wheel for the night or two not bad. A nice place to fish and a little bit of hiking. I wouldn't recommend a woman going by herself, not really a resort more of a small campground

The cabin is really homey. The shower was big and the RV residents are friendly, the staff is amazing and really friendly. The bad reviews are people evicted for violence. I learned this after looking I to it more. The cabin is really nice and the land it's on is really good too. My only complaint is that the train comes by but that's to be expected from a town on the train tracks definitely deser... The cabin is really homey. Completely unbelievable what the manager of this tiny park has done and said to her tenants! If you care about yourself and your family.... DON'T bring them here. We stayed not even a month and had to get the sheriff involved because of her dishonesty and cruelness. She absolutely doesn't deserve to have this park, she is to be nice....a slum-lord!! NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!
