Sweet little first come, first serve forest service campground with no fees. ~5 sites. Restroom and access to the river. Plenty of shade, fire pits, tables. Pack out your trash. Look out for poison oak.

Disappointing. My family drove a long way to try out this campsite based on the positive reviews. Literally right along the road with giant lumber trucks roaring by every couple of minutes. Zero privacy. Basically feels like you are in the backyard of the many of the homes adjacent to it. The river also has very large algae blooms, making it unsafe for swimming for kids or drinking per State websites. Very underwhelming.

Single pit toilet. Small, walk-in sites only. Lots of poison oak. Directly adjacent to the road. Easy trails to the river (less than 100 feet).

Very nice campsite next to the highway. Heard cars going by most of the night but the campground made up for the noise.

Phone, restroom trees and the river... a very nice place to stop with time to enjoy the ambiance of nature.
