Upper Group Site is for up to 40 people. Great shade. Shared bathroom (flushing toilets!) and shower stalls with the other group site. Shared grooming sink and dish washing sink. Bring hand soap. Upper site has four bear lockers. Five picnic tables in the “living” area. Three others scattered throughout the huge site. Two running water spouts in the site. Huge fire ring with built-in benches. A couple of downsides but not enough to keep us from going back… The group sites are across and up the highway from the park entrance and there’s no sign to tell you to turn. It’s a far walk and you’d have to cross the highway so you have to drive to the park entrance. Showers require tokens which can only be purchased at the main park. Parking in the main park is difficult at peak times.

She also keeps an eye on the campsite if you let her know your group will be gone for the day.
