Our first time there.... Loved the view but they had no electric at our site. That no one was available to fix the electric and she preferred we not move sites. They offer d us a $20 refund for our stay. What? We ask... Our first time there.... Cut our stay short and left the next morning. They called 2 days later to let us know the ecoli was gone from the RV well.and welcomed us back. They are opening a new family section in 2026. Hopefully it will be maintained.

The Jackson Rancheria RV Park is one of the best RV Parks I have visited. The RV park is very well-maintained and super clean, including the restrooms. The lawns are green. One of the better RV Resorts. I was in a bit of a rush to get back on the road due to snow on the mountains and I left my surge protector. I received a call from the ladies at the front desk advising me. They even shipped it to my home. All the ladies were extremely friendly and respectful. I'll definitely be back.

We love this clean full hookup RV park. And hourly shuttle bus cruises the park to take visitors to the casino for great meals or gambling.
