Superb four-night stay. Katie and her partner are hands-on Hosts. Very, very passionate about the work they do and the experience they hope to deliver. Entire property was gorgeous and beautifully maintained, beach across the street (Sand Dollar) was epic and ever changing. Definitely worthy of a longer stay next time.

Beautiful place. Campground host was extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for underground / less known sights and hikes. Grounds are right across Sand dollar beach, so you can walk right there. No bathrooms - just porta pottys.

This is a pretty campground where the sites are spaced apart at reasonable distances so you aren't ontop of your neighbors There are lots of mature trees so it has more shade than sun It's a 10 minute walk across the highway to the beach There is water, trash and toilets ; no showers While I was there the bathrooms were closed and they had clean portable toilets available It was as very peacef... I wasn't a happy camper here at Plaskett Creek Campground. This place was not cheap to stay here. This campground didn't have showers or a decent normal bathroom (guessing they don't want to have to clean them) to use either. So where is our money going to? Sure isn't to give the guests clean working bathrooms or showers to use. FYI there were nasty porta potty's. Yuk!! Plus, too many huge rocks/b... Plus, too many huge rocks/boulders there that got in the way to maneuver a truck pulling a travel trailer into our spot. Not staying here again.

I’d vote this a 5 (and a shout out to the hosts who are helpful) but I’m baffled at why the constructed toilets are not in use! Instead we get porta-potties which were full almost to overflowing! yuck! I can guess why the durably constructed toilets are not in use but will withhold opinion on that… for now. The location and condition of the campground is in reasonably good condition for a busy campground. We were unnerved by a very friendly skunk who visited us nightly with little fear!
