We always enjoy the park and lake. We came up from Santa Rosa to enjoy the warm weather and to relax under the shade of a tree and fly our kites. The park did not have many visitors. So we had no problem with parking, or finding a good place to hang out. The restrooms were clean. The lake level was high. Almost to high. Most of the sandy beaches were under water.

Great place to unwind after work, go for a swim in the summer, fish or go for a walk with your dog. Always a few others around at times on weekends can be a little crowded. During the winter seldom more than a few people if any, still a great place to unwind after work, fish a little, or go for a walk
