There's a bit of history posted on the walls in each one. During this visit, the car had the old claw tub. It was nice but doesn't fully drain. I'm not one to take baths, and cast iron can be cold. It did have the hand shower attachment, however. Some come with showers, so look when booking. Ours had a cupola, and that's a pleasant place to sit with morning coffee. I like how the cars subtly bounce beneath your feet, too. There's a pool, hot tub, and trails to enjoy on the property as well. Daily meals can be obtained from the on-site dining car. The only real drawback is the bed. They are old and sagging and in need of replacement.

Stopped here for the night on a pull thru site on my way to Washington. It’s clean, has shade from all the trees, clean restrooms, doesn’t feel too crowded with other campers, and dog park. Would definitely stay here again.

We stopped here on a trip from Arizona to Northern Oregon to rest for a couple days. The campground was fairly priced, and was absolutely beautiful. It was fairly empty, and so there was lots of room to let our kids walk around and enjoy. They have a playground, and even run a little train for 5$ per person that we were lucky enough to be able to get a ride on before they put away for the day. We... They have a playground, and even run a little train for 5$ per person that we were lucky enough to be able to get a ride on before they put away for the day. We got some cute kid shirts from their gift shop and some train conductor rubber ducks to add to their collection. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked pretty cool! Our trailer is a little over 40ft long, and was able to get into a pull through site long enough that we didn’t have to unhook if we didn’t want to. I’ve stayed at many campgrounds across the country and this is probably in my top 5.

Our family & friends love this place. Always a great time, super clean and well maintained facilities. A hidden gem in the Shasta area. Many great waterfalls and hikes close by and a few extras for the kids to do at the site also. Highly recommend!!!

We spent the Independence Day weekend ('25) in sites 9 and 11 with friends. The campground is clean, the sites are large, and the facilities and staff were great. You can access the pool and hot tub down at the resort and it is all around a great campground for accessing the Mt. Shasta area. We will for sure be back!
