Loved the nature, campers are respectful and know when to keep noise minimal. Great spots for groups while still having separate spots.

Great campground right on the river. Only part that sucked was the 5000 brass shells on the ground, the chopped down sapling, the 10+ trucks, 2 RV's and the bunch of rednecks that were responsible for it all. When it's 2:30 in the morning, and some guy is emptying his clip from his semi auto, it's a little hard to sleep. Plus all those guys hated it when I was up at 6am yelling FISH ON WHOOO HOOO!... Sketchy campsite being right off 89 in the middle of nowhere

My only complaint is that there was a Fire Restriction in the area that was lifted a day or two after we left. I got a permit for a stove and made it work with just one heat source, but the views and the beauty river are so spectacular that it more than made up for it. The site is very open, flat, and condensed. You will get cozy with your neighbors by the end of your trip

Nice and well-maintained campground in Tahoe Forest area. Dog-friendly. North Yuba is located right next to the campground. Water is clean and many people go in for swimming. Bathroom is not great. Lots of shades. Has a trail, too

Great spot! Clean, quiet, and easy access to the campground and the Yuba. Easy trail on the other side of the bridge with spectacular views. Nearby services and supplies are limited, so come prepared.

Nice swimming hole on the Yuba when the river is down. Rangers could do a little better cleaning up the place especially since they charge us. Also nice place to hike because there is a bridge to access the other side of the river.

Breathtaking scenery. Beautifully serene. Decently clean potty buildings. Wish I were closer so I could visit more often. 😎
