Nice stop for the night. Good location. There are train tracks nearby but the trains seemed to stop after 10pm. Felt safe because a police officer sits nearby on the lookout for speeders on the side street. The park sits just outside the fairgrounds and the Administration office is about 2 blocks down from there. There isn't a bathroom and no showers. No wi-fi. But they have good hookups for electric, water and sewer. I would stay again when passing through. Just make sure there isn't an event going on as it's first come first serve. But when I arrived there was only one other RV and another arrived later that evening. So, plenty of room.

We had a great stay at the Stanislaus County Fair RV lot. This park is a hidden gem—clean, quiet, and incredibly convenient for way cheaper than a hotel. Full hookups made our stay even more comfortable. Being right in the middle of town, we loved how easy it was to walk or drive to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Despite the central location, the park was peaceful and provided a great place to relax after a long day visiting family in Turlock. If you're looking for a shaded, well-maintained RV park with unbeatable convenience, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Attended the model As club auto swap meet here yesterday. Amazing people came from all across the USA to buy and sell there. Highly suggested to any gear head.

This is a nice place to stop for the night. You’ll hear a train, the place is clean and I feel safe. Cost is now $50 which could be the cost of electricity in California. Good separation between motor homes. Camp hosts Jim and Kim & family are very welcoming.
