5 stars easily!! My bf and I stayed here for a few days and we were happy with our stay. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and easily accessible from our dedicated spot. The walk from the rv park to the downtown area was easy too and very pretty. Pricing was great too. I’d stay again for sure!

Very sweet, small RV park. Manager very nice. Bathrooms and showers are like private bathrooms and very clean. Great place to stop over when traveling. Caution- bring earplugs - you will hear the freeway.

I’ve driven past this place for years but never had the need to stop in. This week I needed a place to stay for a few days during a construction project. From the initial conversation on the phone for reservations to a quick introduction when I arrived, they are focused on what they can provide and what you can do rather than some places that are all about restrictions. it is clean and well maintained. I imagine as a tourist coming through for a couple days. This would be a great base camp.

We stay here every year and we love the location. Short bike ride to beach and state street. Also bathrooms/showers are nice and private. Staff is always friendly and price is reasonable.

The location is a polarizing conversation. On the one hand you're close to and accessibly quick to pretty much anything in Santa Barbara. That, because you're 50 feet and a 9 foot wall away from the 101 Freeway. But then, you're 50 feet away from the 101...... Forget doing anything outside unless you are ok with yelling to converse. The noise is outrageously bad for an RV park. Even off peak... Even off peak hours it is a steady stream of cars, trucks and motorcycle wizzing and/or screaming by. For us it's ok. We don't care much about amenities and we liked the central location but you will not spend your time here having family fun outside your coach. You're in a 90 decibel environment under good conditions. You will also not get a pool, clubhouse, dog run or any now expected RV park niceties. 22 lots, weird, urban layout, old bathrooms and laundry. Both are serviceable but they won't remind you of the last RV "resort" you went to. This is a bare bones RV park with severe limitations. All that said, staff was great, price was right and you really are 10 minutes from almost anything in town. We may even be back because of that but it won't be because the park itself is nice, it isn't but hop in your car and downtown Santa Barbara, beaches and the like are a stones throw away and at a reasonable price.
