This place is 5 stars. Quiet, great sites, we had 19 at the end. Which is next to the trailhead for a great hike to Cerro Alto peak and much more. A babbling brook on the opposite side. Clean restrooms, both a fire pit and bbq stand. 20 minute drive to Morro Bay, but you feel like you are secluded from everything. The road in is single lane, so it may be a little tricky for RV campers. Outstanding... This place is 5 stars. Quiet, great sites, we had 19 at the end. A wonderful local campground with permanent on-site staff. Very quiet, tranquil and relaxing. Best suited for tent campers and small RVs. There is hiking nearby and a creek to enjoy. Morro Bay and Atascadero are very close, so makes it a great spot for a weekend getaway. No hookups.

The camp host has been here about 6 weeks. She was at Paradise before she is awesome. Bathrooms were super clean. Wood was $10 We did FF at site 15. Lots of rocks for extra seating. Right next to the brook. Close to the trail head and not far from the site just. Lots of shade. Best site in my opinion. The sites aren’t as far in as Google makes it look. 1 bar with T-mobile. One way one out drive- in campsite. Be wary that sites 13 and especially 14 are quite steep and may be difficult for older folks or those who have mobility needs. Bunch of restrooms located throughout. Really quiet atmosphere, camp host is all the way in the back of the sites. Bring big /tick spray!
