This campground is family owned. They recently purchased the property after losing everything in the Paradise fire. They are fair and an absolute delight!! The cabin was nice and clean as were the campsites. Our family had a blast here. We can't wait to go back!!

To my surprise Renee the New Owner’s did had two sites. Still with reservations and short notice I was alittle concerned, but as soon as we arrived we were welcomed, and were treated very well( almost like family). My Family loved the Atmosphere. My husband played pool and kids play darts. They even played football/ horseshoes with fellow campers, When night fall came all the children play hide in seek. I don’t have one complaint, bathrooms clean, owner’s very kind and over all experience I will never forget... Best Memorial Weekend Ever.

I have gone to this campsite for over 10 years, it’s located in a great area, close to my favorite swimming hole. It has a creek that runs through the campsite which is beautiful to listen to. The tent sites are great, the cabins are awesome, I’ve stayed in all types they have. The smaller cabin is ideal for teenager birthday parties (what I used to use them for) with lots of bunk beds and the big cabins have the extra amenities like stoves and are right on the creek. I wouldn’t recommend the “rustic” cabin unless you read the details and are prepared to be more immersed in “the wild”. The staff is very friendly and kind. The prices are fair. Overall I would highly recommend for a fun camping getaway.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We have spent many nights camping and this is definitely the worst place we have ever stayed! The website stated it was $46 per night, however we were charged $60 per night. Stayed here for 2 nights. We have spent many nights camping and this is definitely the worst place we have ever stayed! The website stated it was $46 per night, however we were charged $60 per night. We have a 18' trailer. When we asked the manager why it was not the same price as stated on the website, we were told in a snarky tone "phew, everyone seems to always mysteriously forget about the tow vehicle", tow vehicle? The only thing we towed was the trailer with our own vehicle. Manager is very rude and seems like there were some shady things happening in and around the campground. We went off of reviews and was greatly disappointed. The bathrooms were awful! They smelled horribly, of cigarettes and body odor. Only 2 sinks worked, no soap dispenser, and the stalls seem to be always out of toilet paper. The stalls were very dirty and did not shut or lock properly. It seemed as if most of the people here lived here and were barely getting by. While our son was in the bathroom a camper/resident asked if they could borrow his deodorant. Many of the campers on site had Rv's that looked barely livable covered in tarps and with flat tires. When we arrived there were no picnic tables available or firepit. We would definitely not recommend this campsite to anyone. We are not usually one's to write reviews but this was awful and wanted to forewarn any one who might be thinking about staying here for any length of time.
