Such a beautiful experience and staff that gave top notch service. From the welcome with fresh baked cookies to the on-site dog park every part of the experience was amazing. If you are heading to the area for a stay be ready for a quiet and relaxing vibe, excellent staff (who will show you to your space, not just give you a map) , a beautiful view and close to so many adventures in Pismo and Avila. My husband and I will definitely be back for a second visit. We have stayed at many places, but this one stole my heart ❤️. It was like camping in the woods with the amenities of a resort/rv park and they have cabins and site wifi. Biggest plus was the dog park, swimming pool and outdoor game area.

The staff here is beyond helpful and accommodating! The back- in sites are beautiful and private. The grounds, bathrooms and showers are spotless; great place for families. Avila and Pismo beaches are minutes away. Farmers market, ice cream shop and petting zoo right across the street…..We’d definitely stay here again

The first night was ok (we didn’t get any fresh baked cookies not that I care but should mention). Freeway noise is real. Glad we did our laundry then because the water was shut off in the morning due to a plumbing mains issue. They said it would only take a few hours but it was off for the rest of the day and the next day. We left early after two nights to get to a new place with water. Then, sev... Then, several weeks after we stayed there I start receiving emails from Highway West Vacations email list, a list I never signed up for. I know it was from them because I create a unique email for every company I do business with using Simple Login. When they asked for my email upon sign in they did not inform me I would be signed up on a marketing email list.

We were there this weekend. We had a relaxing time there. Personal helped my husband back up our trailer. We had a perfect spot, next to the pool. We meet some great people. Staff were awesome. An amazing place. We are going to make it our spot to go to.

We just got home from our stay at the Avila Pismo Rv and resort park. It was very relaxing and peaceful. It's in a beautiful area. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. Our cabin was on the small side but very functional with 2 bdrms. It was cute. However the air conditioner didn't work in our place. And the cable was going out intermittently on our 3rd night. We think the place would benefit from a ceiling fan in the master bdrm. But overall we loved staying there and it was close to a lot of beautiful beaches and walking, running trails, hiking. A farm market within walking distance. Like right down the street. Dogs are also allowed there. That was a big plus for us.😍⛱️💜💙♥️
