Noice from the road, didn’t bother me. Did not walk down to the river.

I stayed here with my boyfriend after we realized we booked our Airbnb for the wrong dates. We were on edge because the place is super cheap and super sketchy. But we didn’t know where else to stay so last minute and in the middle of no where. We were right to be on edge. We woke up to someone walking around our campsite at 2 am. The man in the campsite next to us woke up at the same time too and I think he heard them as well. They were probably just looking for things to steal. No matter what they were doing, please be careful if you come here, and don’t bring your family. There was glass in our campsite and no sink in the bathroom. It just isn’t a safe place for children or families. The park ranger Linda was very apologetic and sweet. She is the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review. If you stay here be weary and stay safe.

WORST CAMP HOST EVER. I love this campground. It is well maintained, has wonderful pools of water to swim right off the trail, and is close to Willow Creek. A group of 11 of us rented 3 campsites for the weekend for our annual float (year 8 now?) and this is where we always go. It was 102-108 degrees everyday and didn’t cool off until 10pm at least. First night the camp host told us at 930pm that we were already too loud and that quiet hours were 10pm-6am. At 10:03pm she came over and told us that we better have a Plan B for where we’re staying because we she was going to call the cops on us. Literally, no music playing, just 5 adult sitting around catching up on life. No one under the age of 38. She proceeded to tell one friend of ours (who is partially deaf) that they need to go to bed because their voice was the loudest. Same thing happened the second night at 10:01pm. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN SCOLDED FOR TALKING AFTER DARK WHILE CAMPING. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
