This past summer my kids were first-time campers, and they had the time of their lives. From the moment they arrived, they felt welcomed, cared for, and supported — and they came home full of stories, friendships, and confidence. They were already talking about how excited they were to return the following summer before camp even ended. As a parent, there’s nothing better than knowing your children are in the best of hands, and that’s exactly how we felt throughout the entire experience. The staff created an environment that was safe, nurturing, and genuinely joyful. One of the most meaningful parts for our family was seeing how much they grew — not only in independence and self-esteem, but in their love and commitment to Judaism. They came home proud, inspired, and so happy. We are beyond grateful for the warmth and magic of Camp Hess Kramer, and we can’t recommend it enough. Highly, highly recommend!

Our son is now thriving in college with close friends he met at camp—friends from different states who remain deeply connected years later. The staff at WBT Camps are exceptional: caring, thoughtful, and deeply committed to the emotional well-being of every camper. The culture of support is intentional and evident every day. The friendships are real and lasting, and our kids come home each year more independent, grounded, and self-assured. The counselors are outstanding role models, and the senior staff leadership is exceptional. There is a warmth and care that makes the camp feel like family. As parents, we love receiving photos throughout the summer. It’s reassuring and joyful, while still allowing our kids to have their own experiences.
