Crew was so helpful. Showed up at 7pm and had not been able to do same day reservation online. Office was closed but I found the maintenance hero and he call the big boss lady and we slipped me into a spot. They just told me to go pay at the office in the more. I walked the town in the morning. Got some pastries from Bijou then stopped out the town. Waited for Surf rat donuts to open and tried... Crew was so helpful. Nice stop. Very tidy park. Good laundry 1.75$ to wash and 1.50 to dry. Restrooms and showers are very nice and clean. Fhu gravel sites are close together. Good wifi and AT&T cell service. Helpful friendly staff.

Paid 75$ to be parked in the back next to mobile homes and not able to make a fire in our pit upon arrival. Overpriced and huge let down after a long day of driving. No view, no fire, feels like sleeping in a quiet version of a safeway or rest stop but with even less space.

What a great place! We spent 5 nights in mid May. The place is beautifully located just as you come in to Cayucos from the North. The park is a mixture of full time modular home residents and RV travelers. We were late making reservations so we did not have an ocean view. Regardless, we’ll be back! The park is within walking distance to everything in town. The beach is beautiful and lots of nice shops and restaurants.
