Holly, the manager took a deposit of 825 and did not refund us when we moved out after she said we would get a refund and that it would take 30 days she never answers the phone never responds and it’s been three months. We moved out October 31 of 2025 and we’re now in January. Still no refund and she has not responded!!!!! Horrible management don’t know how this place is still open. No check … LI... So sad to see it go! This place has been amazing for my family and I! It was quiet and the neighbors all around were awesome! It's quiet, everyone watched out for one another, I've left my truck doors open on accident and still had everything inside the next morning with nothing taken! (Impressive for Las Vegas) The lot sizes were perfect with plenty of room! My kiddo has made some really good fri... So sad to see it go! This place has been amazing for my family and I! I've lived here as both teenager and adult.. I must say, I absolutely love our community! We are much more than neighbors. We are all family.. We have children varying in ages and they all are very well behaved children/teens whom all play nicely amongst themselves. We've gotten some major touch ups around the park (what we call our community) and its all just been remarkable! And on the plus side, we are zoned for the best elementary, middle and high schools!!!!!!!
