Great place for horse camping. Pipe corals with gates. Cabins or rv hookups within sight of horses. Club house with wifi + pools, spas and gas grills. Desert riding in decent footing (most trails are sandy while others are rocky.) Early spring for best weather.

I get a shout out for the new management as they are really trying to make things work here and it’s nice to see somebody that actually cares about their property or somebody else’s property. Hopefully we see a lot nice things coming forward in 2023. Thank you, Daryl.

Just want to update my review of a few years ago. My husband and I have lived here for 4 years now. We moved in the first week of the pandemic lock down. We bought a brand new manufactured home. The manager at the time we moved in was trying very hard to turn it into a desirable place to live, but it turned out he was out of his element. The next manager had his own agenda and didn't want to be bo... Just want to update my review of a few years ago. My husband and I have lived here for 4 years now. We moved in the first week of the pandemic lock down. We bought a brand new manufactured home. The manager at the time we moved in was trying very hard to turn it into a desirable place to live, but it turned out he was out of his element. The next manager had his own agenda and didn't want to be bothered worrying about the community. He's gone now too. I have to say that the ranch has finally turned the corner!! It is FINALLY a pleasure to live here, not to mention affordable!! The general store now carries a variety of desirable items at very reasonable prices. The whole atmosphere here is pleasant and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Butterfield to anyone.

I LOVE this most lovely resort! Although I have not visited in awhile I do plan on making a week of it very soon. The grounds are kept up nicely and very clean. I generally rent a cabin which is the most comfie and quiet for me. I have stayed with the Ranch many times and I always hate leaving. I have always had a wonderful experience with all of the peace and quiet I crave. I have only great com... I LOVE this most lovely resort!
