Sooooo bad! Trash bags and broken down pieces of furniture. Looks like a dumping ground for tweekers. The pool has been filled in with dirt and dog park is falling apart.

The showers don't work and the ones that do are scary. The laundry room is OK but very hot. The one nice feature is the pool but it's hit or miss on being clean. The people who live in the park are friendly though.

I let the office know what happened they said the manager was going to call me and she never did they acted like it never happened. You can’t get in and out when you want you have to have them open the gate for you and only when the office is open. They are closed on the weekends so you can’t get anything in or out you have to wait for the week. When you call them you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back that’s if they call you back. Go somewhere else to store your trailers it’s nothing but headaches here.

The place is a dump. $1,800 to move in and $600 rent including electricity, that’s why people are here. No WiFi, no public Restrooms and people are literally pooping and urinating in public here. The laundry room has 2 washers working sometimes for over 200 people. The front gate key you pay $40 for, is always broken. Police are here frequently as are Paramedics for the dead and ill. The front gate key you pay $40 for, is always broken. Police are here frequently as are Paramedics for the dead and ill. The RV park does nothing, neither does the Housing Commission, Department of Health or Social Services. There are homeless living in makeshift tents here. They are bathing in the yards with hoses. All true. There is no longer trash pickup, you have to take it to the locked storage yard only open during your working hours of 8-11 and 3-5, 2 days a week. As soon as I can save enough I’m out of here. It’s a step above homelessness, and they’re right outside my bedroom window, often dealing drugs.

I stored my Rv here when I moved out of state. They never answer the phone nor send out anything for lease renewal I pay by the year. I don’t even know if this place exists anymore
