The Carson Valley area is rich with character and history. RV resort is next to the casino. The spaces are small and close together and there is highway noise. The casino staff is very friendly. Full hookups are at each site and there is a dump station as well. There is a pool in the casino. I feel the price is too high at $85 night for the area and scenery. It was fine for a quick overnight. There are 3 restaurants in the casino and of course, the casino... RV resort is next to the casino. The RV manager was very helpful, earning this place a 5th star in my book, including finding us a site that allowed me to work remotely (with Starlink access to the northern sky, as this place has many mature trees). The location was ideal for us as central base for recreation in all directions as well as local conveniences. There's even a nice paved walking/biking path adjacent to the property,... Spaces were a bit tight for our 30-ft trailer so we needed to park our truck in their overflow lot, but it was well-lit and easily visible from our site, with no problems. Would definitely return!

5 starts in not enough! :) We stayed at the RV camp which is very nice, and used the hotel amenities. As for the RV camp - it’s very nice, there’s full hookup, there are picnic tables and space for each RV, quiet atmosphere. The hotel how a pool, jacuzzi and a small yet fit to workout fitness center with 2 main gym machines that has various options. Right next is a convenience store which is very... 5 starts in not enough! :) We stayed at the RV camp which is very nice, and used the hotel amenities. I stayed in the RV portion. We booked 2 months ahead and were told they wouldn't assign spaces until 3 pm the day of check in. My wife and our friends showed up at 2:30 to be assigned two spots with no grass, trees or room to relax. Our spots were 100% asphalt, the angle of the back in left our steps almost ont top of the back fence, the picnic table was a foot from the sewer line and our friends... I stayed in the RV portion. Meanwhile there were spots in the back with shade and grass. Our trailers were no longer than others that got grass. Check in makes you walk in to the casino. The highlight would be the bathrooms and showers, clean and modern. Will be hard pressed to return here.
