From what I could tell, the place could use a face lift. Fencing between rentals for privacy and security. The rentals are somewhat decent, but not enough for the price of rent and or deposit and other fees. Train track brings disruption of your early mornings, beginning of your evenings, and middle of your nightly rest. At Certain times of day and night. Conveniently located in town.

Connie is one of the most caring, positive, and considerate people I've ever met. If I ever moved to Casa Grande AZ, I'd love to live in her mobile home park.... if there was an opening.

The co-owner, Connie, is the most horrid person ever!! Stay clear of this place, unless you like harassment! It's a dump! BUYER BEWARE.. unless you like having 3ft of parking space. They are very misleading when trying to make a sale!!!💲💲💲👎
