Great glamping spot. We stayed in the cabins for a December weekend, and I came away generally impressed. On the positive side - the cabins were roomy, clean, and set up well for small families, with a bedroom area, living area and kitchenette and a loft that my 9 year old daughter loved. There's a firepit and grills outside as well. The community store was well stocked, not cheap (of course), but not crazy expensive. There was a heated pool, a nice playground, and huge inflatable bouncing pad that the kids loved. They also had some nice Christmas and holiday activities that the kids also enjoyed. The staff I interacted with were really friendly and helpful, and you're close to some nice beach areas and Santa Cruz/Capitola for shopping and eating. The only minor downsides - the shower was a little awkward (but it's a cabin, so just having a shower is a plus) and it's a little pricey, but we will definitely go there again.

This is the nicest KOA we have ever been to! Staff was very friendly and helpful, the kids loved the playground and heated pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only minor complaint is the dog parks are pretty small.

Great location close to ocean (1 mile) that you can walk and go to beach. Full service available - this helped us a lot as first time RV experience. They have store so you can get anything that you may have missed. Lot of bikes to rent and fun activities for kids and family.

Very nice RV park it is well taken care of! Office staff super friendly and great customer service. Nice wide roads and the parking for the RV is super level. A lot for fun things for kids to do. Great location for surrounding areas to visit. The only thing is a bundle of wood is $20 super expensive. Emily was friendly and helpful! Overall great KOA!

If you like stupid rules, this is the place for you! Our family got there the day before us and we planned to get there early on the day of our check in to hang out at their sites. The kids couldn't play with their cousins and we missed hours of time toget... If you like stupid rules, this is the place for you! We booked a cabin and didn't expect it to be ready when we got there but the staff wouldn't let us on the property to hang out with our family. The kids couldn't play with their cousins and we missed hours of time together. The place was half empty so it wasn't a capacity issue. The gate lady was really rude and the experience with these people ruined a big part of our trip.
