The property is moving forward, under new management and hopes are high! Lots of recent evictions have really helped. The new manager works very well with the staff and residents.

Use to be great 10+ years ago. Manager is over bearing and rude! Makes it hard for anyone to Sell. Makes everything a nightmare for Sellers. Took out all beautiful shade trees. Looks bare! Looks like a RV stop over park. Park needs a new manager. Wonder if park owners realize how manager treats everyone. This park needs a more softer look. Go elsewhere, manager makes life hell in here.... Use to be great 10+ years ago. Manager is over bearing and rude! Makes it hard for anyone to Sell. Makes everything a nightmare for Sellers. His family moved to Tustin . Able to finish Dos Pueblo’s. So as I have been married to him 47 years and I live by Emily post style of life . I am my brothers keeper. Meaning I need to help as many people as I can . Well my husband and I have been house sitting to help him keep his home. He is in Canada. Having prostate treatment. They have no medical help What was to be six month has been three years. Health still not great. I have honored his insult of telling me he can not talk to but the owners in Canada. After 30 days (even if I was squatting) The laws of this state considered me a legal resident. The disrespect and bias given is unfounded and unbelievable . He said I can not be told anything except when the pips over flowed . Then he acted as I had way of knowing about and that was done rudely . Racial discrimination blatant dislike?I wonder. I have also been trying to bring this neglected place.up to par.. I have bought this place t need replacement to code. But as he stated in a letter , was wrong and not up to code. I have someone ( from the government Thus Legal . If it was not there would be problems with the law. So I am confused he has blocked me getting it done for 3 months. Illegal as hell. There is no step at all . I has the defected one removed. If there’s a fire I hope I can t to make it to the front door. We have done everything to fix this but I had to do inside first . Now I am not sure I am willing to try to please him and get this place up to par. Not being allowed! Crazy as hell.

Horrible living area, horrible management, and parking is absurd. Charge for any minor inconvenience to them, can’t even park in the visitor parking areas without the fear of getting car towed. They have parking in which no one can use, as it is illegal and will record your plates. At some point don’t bother having parking if you can’t use them. I don’t know what their policies may be but they are... Horrible living area, horrible management, and parking is absurd. I don’t know what their policies may be but they are horrible. They charge for fixing their own park. They wanted to charge for idea of building parking. They charge if your yard isn’t up to standard in other words grass not cut. At some point I’m scared they’re gonna start charging us for the breathing the mobile parks air. I would personally feel better with new management or at least someone being able to explain why they manage the way they do. Last time someone of management ever talked to me, he was threatening to sue me when I was 16 year old over plant pots he was stepping on to get into our backyard for some unknown reason. For the absurd charges and lack of communication from management for certain things, it has become so difficult to deal with that many people have started moving to other places. If management is able to read this, please communicate or at least find some middle ground between the people living in your parks and yourselves.

There is a lack of communication with the renters here, we feel pushed into a corner - having new changes set in place without having a say in it, and then being expected to pay for those changes is absurd. We feel like we're being milked out of our money. I have never seen my neighbors so angry and distraught. In an economy where people are barely making ends meet, this is foul behavior and inconsiderate for renters. BEWARE OF MOVING HERE! On top of the never-ending fee raises, there are constant letters forcing you to maintain your home, and he makes sure to cite those civil codes against you at the bottom!

The space rent goes up $55+ per month EVERY SINGLE YEAR!!! Many rules that are not enforced. Neighbors will set up their picnics and car repairs in your yard and you have to put up with it. Office mgr and park owner play favorites, even giving expensive Christmas presents, like a new roof, to them in front of other homeowners. The owner and office manager are phonys. Stay clear.

We have been living at this park since 2012. It is a very safe place to live with neighbor watch and security patrol on goft cart from front office every hour. We took off for vacation every Summer and came home without any issue at all. The only draw back is the annual lease of the land which is expensive compared to nearby home parks.
